My name is Daniel and I am one of the guides here at HI Private Tours. I grew up in the Midwest and Southeast U.S., but Florida is where I go these days to visit family. Hawaii became home to me in 2004, shortly after my first visit to the islands. I fell in love instantly with Hawaii's culture, history, waves and mountains.
A restaurant manger/chef in a former life, and a tour guide in this one, hospitality is in my nature. I want to feed people. I like to see the look on people's faces when they have just learned something, or tasted something, or seen a beautiful part of the world for the first time. What can I say? I'm a people person, and I get to share stoke, and share Hawaii, and I'm the luckiest guy in the world.
